The Problem

For Hirers - Especially Startups and Small Businesses - they don’t have the time, hiring experience, staff or budget to hire great talent. Recruiters charge 15 - 40% of first year salary ($15,000 - $50,000) + add 50% to contracts + they don’t vet the talent.

For Talent - The entire system is rigged against them. Where did you work last, where did you go to school? This leaves 99% of the amazing talent struggling just to get to an interview.

The result - The wrong people hired and the best talent never making it past the automated resume filters.

1. A small monthly Talent subscription of ($5) - for ongoing training and professional development + access to the growing marketplace of Open Tryouts.

2. A monthly Hirer subscription ($299 x open role) - that provides access to the Proven marketplace as well as unlimited candidates vetted by going through their custom Tryouts.

While we aren't going to expose all of our give unique tactics for market adoption - we will provide the framework we use - developed by the Break the Wheel founder - whose led several teams generating over $100m in ARR. FAQs

What do I get if I back this innovation?

You get a profit share based on 2 things, 1 - how much you back it for today and 2 - how many people you refer. The profit share provides you with a commission for any person referred and a bonus in an exit or an IPO.

What happens if this innovation doesn't succeed?

That can happen, but we take steps before bringing innovations to this stage to ensure that doesn't. There are many concepts that never make it out of the idea and market validation phases. But - if it doesn't succeed - we will provide access to any 1 of our succeeding projects for free for 1 year as a thank you for your support.
