First we dance. You take the lead and then we transition to pitching each other potential solutions to the problem. We come up with ideal potential solutions together.
We run a market validation program that includes landing pages, social media, CPC, SEM and email. We mirror a commercialized product experience to understand market demand and unit economics.
The operational dating happens during the validation. If we are going to get married, we should both understand what it's like to work together. If things go well - we move forward, if things fall apart - we go our separate ways.
Assuming we jump over the first 2 hurdles we now prepare to commercialize the validated solution. Operational roles are defined based on your experience and available commitment.
